Trout cooked with lemon and rosemaryPlace trout on foil. Put chopped spring onions inside with a slice or lemon. Season the fish with salt.
Add a couple of slices of lemon to the top, add a spring of rosemary and parcel up. Cook for about 15-20 minutes until done.
