You can make tandoori chicken and cook it over a barbeque. You could also try chicken tikka pieces!

Chicken Tikka Recipe:
fresh ginger and garlic (about 1 oz each - or just a big spoonful of ready pureed stuff from a jar)
4 chillies (or less, or more)
180 ml plain natural yoghurt. Low fat is fine.
2 tsp soy sauce.
1 tsp salt.
2 tsp tomato puree
1 tsp tumeric powder
1 tsp chili powder (optional if you don't like hot food!)
dash of red food colouring (optional)
15 ml lemon juice
675g of chicken pieces.

Mix all incredients. Liquidize together to make a smooth paste. Chop chicken into nice bite size pieces. Put into marinade - but reserve a little of this mixture - and leave in the fridge at least 8 hours.
Put chicken pieces onto squewers and put on barbeque. Turn often and add a little extra marinade to them as you cook them. Cook until the chicken is well done.
Serve hot with salad!
Use different meats like lamb or beef.
Tandoori Chicken
Use thighs for this - between 1-2 per person
150ml of plain yoghurt (again low fat is fine)
Equal parts of crushed ginger and garlic. About 2 big tablespoons full of each.
5 tsp of tandoori powder
1 tsp chili
1 tsp oil
Pinch of salt.

Mix ingredients to form paste and rub into chicken. Leave a coupe of hours or possibly overnight.
Grill on barbeque. Or cook in over for about 40-50 minutes and then finish on the barbeque.
